The on-site restaurant served a variety of delectable dishes, including traditional Ecuadorian cuisine that tantalized my taste buds. I especially enjoyed ordering the local specialty, Locro de Papa, which was prepared to perfection. I was impressed by the hotel's attention to detail in providing complimentary toiletries of high quality. The free toiletries not only added a touch of luxury to my stay but also reflected the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. From the refreshing shower gels to the plush towels, every aspect was carefully selected to enhance the overall experience.Lastly, the flat-screen TV in my room allowed me to unwind and relax after a day of exploring Latacunga. The crystal-clear display and array of channels provided entertainment and comfort, making me feel right at home. Coupled with the impeccable service and cozy ambiance, Hotel Cotopaxi truly exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the heart of Ecuador.
